This book, being the theoretical part, is the first volume in a series of two. The second volume, which shall discuss the concrete application of the ideas, models and theories contained in this book, is soon to follow.
Faced with the reality of insufficient teaching workforce, the author realizes that the only way to avert the effects of this insuffiency is to augment and professionalize the teaching and management skills of educators. The author hopes that this book could be of help to all religious educators, particularly those who are neophytes in the field of religious education, to enhance their teaching skills for indeed, "the harvest is great but the laborers are few."
