programming: the book is laid out with four terms of topic-based units of work
teach and discuss: each topic begins with a focus page which includes a large exciting illustration that introduces
students to the new topic. These illustrations can be used as part of a class discussion, to build mental strategies and can also be revisited for revision
revision: There are two pages of revision at the end of each term's work
dictionary: a dictionary of mathematical terms used at this level
